Our Home Health Aide (HHA) Pre-Apprenticeship Program is designed to provide essential skills and hands-on training for individuals seeking a rewarding career in the healthcare industry. Through this 150-hour program, participants will gain foundational knowledge in caregiving, healthcare protocols, and patient support, preparing them for a successful transition into full-time employment or Registered Apprenticeship Programs. This program focuses on empowering individuals from underrepresented communities, including refugees, asylees, and others in need of career development. Cohorts are available throughout the year, and no prior experience is required to join.

Our Rapid Rehousing Program is committed to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness quickly secure stable housing. Through a comprehensive approach that includes housing identification, rent assistance, and supportive services, we work to ensure that participants can transition from shelters to permanent housing as smoothly as possible. This program is designed to serve vulnerable populations, including refugees and asylees, providing them with the resources and support needed to regain independence and stability. Our team collaborates with local landlords, agencies, and community partners to offer a pathway to sustainable housing solutions.

The StartSmart Program is dedicated to helping migrant entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses through tailored support and training. Designed to advance equity in the small business ecosystem, the program offers high-quality capacity-building workshops, one-on-one coaching, and cultural competency training over a six-month period. Participants will gain practical skills in business management, access to new markets, and the tools necessary to scale their businesses. StartSmart is focused on empowering refugees, asylees, and women, providing them with the resources and support to succeed in the entrepreneurial world.
